The water supply has been installed today at Scruton Station. Contractors used a mole to complete the works quickly and avoiding having to dig the trench across the road. Hot and cold water is now available in readiness for the school visits and heritage events (25/04/2017)

Steve from the Veg gang is using the heavy duty brush cutter at Leyburn Station helping to clear the ivy growth. A passing loop and footbridge will be installed here later in the year. (05/04/2017)

At Bedale West some of the sleepers had been penetrated by the roots of some adjacent trees. Fortunately these trees have now been felled, so hopefully this problem will not reoccur (01/04/2017)
