We have had another unlucky start to the first weekend of the summer holidays for the Railway as young vandals entered a carriage up on the line near the A1 bridge at Leeming Bar so out of sight of the current cctv! The youths graffitied the walls of the carriage, broke windows and threw out the frames so that they could then throw out the seating from the carriage onto the track. With the remainder of the carriage they made beds and dens. (23/07/2019)
