Replacing rails near Traffic Light B22 - Spennithorne. The yellow Ironmen are used to lift in the replacement rail. In theory you roll out 2 worn/cripple ended 30' rails and fit a replacement 60' rail. In reality the lengths of various rails means sometimes a 3rd rail has to be rolled out. It's a knock on effect till you get to your last rails and fill the gap. (23/01/2023)

A joint work party of the Leyburn and Leeming gangs assembled to fit the final 2 rails at the bottom right and start re-sleepering. Most of the sleepers to be renewed were under dropped of rail in the 4 foot so they needed to be done after the rail renewal process. (30/01/2023)
