Loco 60087 failed with a wheel/bearing fault on the main line near to Northallerton back in November. It was dragged to Leeming Bar to clear the main line. Once the the Polar Express marquees have been removed from Leeming Bar, the loco will them be recivered by road and taken away for repair. (30/12/2025)

A bough had fallen off the large tree in the back of the picture. It broke the gate and further damaged the gate post in its original position.
New gate posts installed and fencing adjusted as the gates were brought closer to the line to improve visibility. The new gate is ready to be installed. (15/12/2025)
