Scruton Edwardian Christmas Day and Loco 45407 / Polar Express
On 14 December an Edwardian afternoon was held at Scruton. This was well attended and below are some photos of the event.
Also in this gallery are photos of the Black 5 loco 45407 'Lancashire Fusiliers' on the Polar Express.
On the previous page are:-
1. The Mince Pie Special trains.
2. Loco 60087 which was rescued from the main line is still at Leeming Bar.
3. The Fencing Team has been busy.
4. The Direct Works team has been busy at Leeming Car and Bedale. They have also helped the Veg team with vegetation removal.
5. A pump has been fitted in the signal box pit at Scruton due to flooding.
6. Work is continuing on the restoration of the 0-6-0 tank loco.
7. Restoration of the Mk2 coach W14073 continues.
8. The level crossing gates at Scruton have been replaced.
9. Restoration of the Sentinel diesel shunter is in progress.
10. The Vegetation Team have been busy.
