Scruton Station - The Restoration

With the restoration of Scruton station nearly finished time has come to look back at what has been achieved Below there are a series of photos showing the restoration as it progressed.
At the Railway Heritage Awards in London on 2nd December 2015, the Wensleydale Railway won the Railway Heritage Trust Conservation Award for the restoration of Scruton Station. This is a well deserved recognition of all the hard work that the Direct Works Team has put into the project. For more details see the media brief
