Conversion of an old Mk1 coach
An old Mk 1 coach which has been languishing in the sidings at Leeming Bar for many years, following an abortive attempt at restoration, has now been recovered. It is now in the process of being converted into a 'Green Room' for the Polar Express actors. Following that it is intended to be further upgraded and used as an extension to the station buffet coach and shop.
